Tuition to attend VIVA 08 (which includes the half day Monday VIVA International Advanced Endovascular CTO Tutorial) is:
     Physicians - $1295
     Military Physicians / Resident / Nurse / Technologist / Allied Healthcare Personnel - $650
     Fellows - Tuition is waived (please login to register and submit the downloadable Fellows letter)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted until August 15, 2008 and are subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be given after that date. VIVA must be notified in writing of your intent to cancel prior to the cancellation deadline. Thank you.
