VIVA™ 2009 WELCOME RECEPTION
You are invited to attend the VIVA™ 09 Welcome Reception at the Sunset Pool and Terrace on
Wednesday, October 21 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Join VIVA™ faculty, commercial supporters,
and exhibitors for a fun-filled evening by the pool with refreshments and entertainment. After a
long, education-packed day, relax and interact with your colleagues and friends in a spectacular
environment. Admission to the reception is included in your conference registration fee.
Registered attendees are welcome to bring a guest to the reception for an additional $85 per
person.
According to AdvaMed guidelines, the guest fee will be due and payable when you
register for VIVA™ 2009.
