Tuition to attend VIVA 11 (which includes a Pre-Symposium on Monday) is:
Physicians - $1295
Military Physicians / Resident / Nurse / Technologist / HealthCare Professional / Industry Professional* - $895
Monday Pre-Symposium Only - $450
Fellows - The deadline for Fellows Case Submission has now passed. If you would still like to attend VIVA as a Fellow, you must pay a registration fee of $150.
Vascular and Endovascular Board Review Course (Saturday - Monday): $995. A $100 discount will be offered for those attending the Board Review Course and VIVA 11.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted until September 9, 2011 and are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
No refunds will be given after that date. VIVA must be notified in writing of your intent to cancel prior to the cancellation deadline.
