Medical Posters for attendees to print and take home
VIVA is excited to once again offer our attendees a customized patient education poster that will be available in the exhibit pavilion. Attendees will be able to select from medically relevant images in a variety of specialties and design a poster to take home. Supporting companies will have their names and logos listed on signage at the poster booth as well as recognition in on-site materials. This opportunity is limited to 3 supporters per day in order to provide maximum exposure for the supporting company. The rate is $7,500 per day, per supporter or $20,000 if you would like to buy-out a specific day.
Advertisements in the VIVA Today Daily Newspaper
Multiple advertisements are available for the daily newspapers that will be published on-site and available in an electronic version as a part of our iPad App. VIVA will print 3 daily newspapers (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) highlighting the previous days’ activities and revealing the next days’ events. This opportunity is available on a first come, first served basis. The 2012 advertising rates are:
$14,250 – commitment to 3 full page ads (full page ads in excess of 3 are $4,500 each)
$5,200 – Full page color ad (back cover) Sold Out
$3,000 – ½ page color ad (back cover)
$5,000 – Full page color ad (inside)
$2,700 – ½ page color ad (inside)
$1,350 – ¼ page color ad (inside)

E-blasts
E-blasts to the VIVA email list are available on a limited basis for $3,000. Content is due August 27 per VIVA format guidelines. Changes to originally submitted e-blasts are $1,500. E-blasts will be executed by VIVA in early September and late September (see optional opportunities when you select your booth space online).

Attendee Bag Inserts
The opportunity to have a marketing piece inserted into the VIVA 12 attendee bags is available at $2,500 per insert. Deadlines apply (see optional opportunities when you select your booth space online).
Sponsor the VIVA Internet Café
The Internet Café is located in the exhibit pavilion and houses 6 computers for attendee internet use. With sponsorship, your company logo and/or product information will appear on the screen of each computer and you will receive recognition in on-site printed materials. Price of sponsorship is $6,500.
Refreshment Breaks
A limited number of upgraded attendee refreshment breaks are open for sponsorship. Please contact Pam Kurtz for availability and rates.
